Oh man, the food scene here is unreal! Just a hop from the B&B, the Trattoria Nerone serves up some very nice local meats that'll knock your socks off. Plus, don't miss the super-cozy Crys Wine Bar right around the corner-perfect for winding down with a glass and some bites. Our room was large and comfy!
And we had a key hiccup. It got stuck and we had to reach out for help. No biggie, though-they managed it in the morning like pros.

Incredibly welcoming staff and spacious and practical rooms with wine glasses and a good shower, as example. Particularly nice choice for breakfast. Impeccable service, public parking available nearby.

We were given a room facing the noisy street. The bathroom amenities were inadequate, lacking holders for basic supplies. On top of that, the check-in experience was frustrating, with unresponsive staff when we needed assistance with our key.

Very nice apartment to stay in......location was perfect! The owners were extremely nice and excited to have us stay! The room was fine, but the air conditioning did not work well! We had a hard time going to sleep because the room was very hot and the air conditioning did not work well......but we still liked our stay! Thanks!

Fun quirky place, huge rooms and nice extras like a fridge, complimentary snacks and free city map. Elaborate set of shutters and curtains kept out city noise at night.
Couldn't get the shower to work properly

excellent location. Walkable distance from train station SMN , within five minites. good food and breakfast options available on the same street. there is one caffeteria on street which offers combo breakfast in the morning , good value for money with good smiling service . staff recommended one Tratoria ( I think name sounding Neverrone) at the next corner and we had some excellent Pizzas there. Mac Dee is about 100 mtrs away towards station. rooms are big ( we stayed in a qudro and one triple ). triple doors locking for the night so one feels secure. ( one at main entrance on the street , second on the floor and third for the room ). All interesting places are within walkable distance from hotel. we did not spend anything on bus or Taxi during stay at Florence.
no staff after eight eight at night. Arrives only by 8 am in the morning. no breakfast at the hotel but good options just nearby. the street is busy till quite late at night and could be noisy till midnight. Need to close all windows and panels. would be a good idea to install a tight noise insulating panels in the windows. Hotel provides electric kettles for making tea or coffee and should add small milk cans ( similar to ones available at airports ) with tea bags

Our week's stay there was very comfortable, the room was very clean. Special thanks to the staff, they were very helpful and polite. I think it is a good option for those who want to live in the city center close to the station and save money. I would love to stay there again.
May be some noise in the morning when someone was using skype in free wifi zone, but people are people

The location was terrific. Very close to the train station and easy walking distance to most of the sights in Florence. The staff was very nice and the accomodations were fine. We are a family with 3 children 8 and under. We were put up in a single room. Two rooms would have been nice, but given our budget constraints, this was very good.
The neighborhood was a little noisy.

The charming decor adds a unique vibe. Conveniently situated near a lively pizza place and gelato spot, local flavors are just steps away.
The air conditioning didn't work effectively, leaving the room uncomfortably stuffy without fresh airflow from the window due to noise and mosquito issues. The bed proved to be quite uncomfortable for a good night's sleep, and street noise from the nearby restaurants, especially on weekends, could be disruptive.
